Cybi-D · Control deck

CybiDeck

Pilot client · Linux, Windows

The full window of your cybi: its avatar and vitality, a terminal, and facets — panels that open next to it. Knowledge you feed it settles as ore; your cybi smelts ore into gems and links them into a graph.

Sessions: asked which of today's notes connect, the cybi reads its store and answers.

Connectome: gems linked to each other; dashed lines lead to the ore each gem was smelted from.

The same Deck in the light theme: themes switch in Phenotype. Asked what it sees in the notes, your cybi reads two of them and answers.

Phenotype: theme, form and the state map — every colour your cybi can show, in Ghost, Shell and Deck alike.

Casket: the scepter's fingerprint, its copies, and a plain account of where things are kept.

Demo data: the six notes fed to the cybi were written for this page; the gems, links and answers are the model's own output, unedited. Frames from a sandbox build on Linux.

Features

Works today

  • Scriptorium and Connectome: fed notes become ore; smelting asks the model to distil a gem and link it to the gems it already has.
  • Sessions: a dialogue that remembers its course and sees which facet you have open.
  • Casket: the scepter — a key born on your machine, sealed under your password; we keep no copy we could open.
  • Facets are data, not hard-coded editions: what a person sees follows from the nodes unlocked for them.
  • Updates from your own delivery channel, applied from the window, with rollback protection.
  • English interface, with more languages being connected now; your cybi answers in the language you choose.

Next — planned, not built yet

  • Public download, once the starting set of facets is settled.
  • Keys in the operating system's keychain instead of a protected file.
  • Signing in to an existing membra by a short code, like a TV.
