1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Privacy Policy sets out how the personal data of users of the website teyron.com and of the software services and games of TEYRON LLP is processed and protected, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection" and the international GDPR standards.
1.2. The Licensor ensures the confidentiality of personal data and the security of its processing.

2. DATA WE COLLECT

2.1. The Company collects only the minimum technical and contact data it needs:

• an e-mail address, to deliver digital keys and receipts;
• a user identifier (Cybi ID / in-game nickname);
• technical logs (IP address, browser type, date and time of access). 2.2. The Company does NOT store or process bank card data. All payment operations take place on the secure page of the processing centre of Bank CenterCredit JSC in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Personal data is used only to:

• perform the agreement (deliver digital goods and activate subscriptions);
• send fiscal receipts and payment confirmations;
• provide technical support to users.
